1. What Aussiflow is (and is not)

Aussiflow is an information and organisation tool that helps you understand and prepare Australian visa procedures: it calculates your score using the official public formula, shows you public requirements and timeframes, and organises a plan of tasks and documents.

Aussiflow is NOT a registered migration agent (MARA/OMARA), does not provide migration or legal advice, does not represent you before the Department of Home Affairs and does not lodge applications on your behalf. It is not “immigration assistance” within the meaning of the Migration Act 1958.

2. Not advice — you decide

Aussiflow informs and organises; it does not recommend which visa to apply for nor predict the outcome of any application. You choose your own pathway. For decisions about your case, always consult a registered migration agent (MARA/OMARA) or a specialised lawyer.

3. AI-generated content

Some content (plans, analyses) is generated with artificial intelligence from official public information. It is an indicative draft you must review and verify; it is not a certified document or a guarantee. Always verify requirements at the official source (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au).

4. Your responsibility

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Verify any relevant data against official sources before acting.
• Make your own migration decisions, with the support of a registered professional where appropriate.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity carried out with it. You must provide a valid email and not impersonate others.

We may suspend or close your account with reasonable prior notice in cases of non-payment after a request to remedy it, or misuse of the service. In cases of fraud or serious misuse, we may act without prior notice.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

• There is a free plan and paid plans. The features of each plan are described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew according to the chosen period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• If you reside in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee or right that the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law does not permit to exclude.

Aussiflow is not liable for the migration decisions you make, for the outcome of your applications, or for the accuracy of third-party official information — the official source (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au) always prevails over any content of the tool.

Except in cases of fraud, gross negligence or bad faith, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid for Aussiflow in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

9. Changes and governing law
